Tues. Nov. 19 – 50+ Older Adults Program (men and women) are invited for a question and answer time with a Neighbourhood Nurse from the Region of Waterloo – Public Health Unit. Free admission. Snack will be provided. Free street parking. No pre-registration required.
Tues. Nov. 12 – Older Adult (men and women) will be meeting at Langs (1145 Concession Road) to walk the indoor walking track. We will meet at 12:45 for a coffee or tea and snack and then we’ll walk for about 30 minutes.

Older Adult Men – Apple Picking Tuesday Nov 5 at 1 pm. Meet at Greenway as we are carpooling to the farm south of Cambridge.
